History
Portia Gyeni-Boateng founded AIAVS in 2017.
AIAVS has been an education provider in Accra-Ghana for over 6 years. We pride ourselves on offering high quality vocational education at all levels in a friendly and supportive environment. We are a major private provider of Full Time, Part Time, Apprenticeships Learning courses.
All our courses fully accredited by Ghana Education Service and we will help you gain the knowledge and experience you need within the industry to pave your way to a successful career .
We pride ourselves on our small and intimate training courses. All our courses are led and taught by professionals with combined experience of over 6 years within the industry .
Our teaching framework gives you the reassurance that your training needs are individually met.

I enrolled in a makeup masterclass by AIAVS in
December 2021 and had the opportunity to become
Cutie's mentee. I was impressed and even more grateful
for the mentees platform which is both a safe space for
cosmetologists and an opportunity hub for entrepreneurs. I have participated in the CEIBS/ABSA/MasterCard Young Africa Works program and Cohort 4 of the Academy for Women Entrepreneurs sponsored by the U.S. Embassy in Ghana on behalf of my business (Beauty by Badiama); both programs being amazing opportunities for entrepreneurs willing to work hard in developing their businesses and referred to me by Mentor Cutie. In modern times, as Mentor Cutie will say, CRAFT IS NOT ENOUGH- we as entrepreneurs need to develop our businesses so they outlive us.

Portia(Cutie) has been a friend turned sister and now how I call her, my career coach . There was a time in my life career wise I felt I had hit a plateau. Cutie came in with all her inspiration and advice, she encouraged me to be bold enough to take the step I want to . Today, I can boldly say ,I have moved up from the place I was sometime back, stuck and feeling like there was nothing more to do to enhance my career, I was scared to go back to school to learn more I'm currently doing that, I am able to make decisions I couldn't do in the past, I am making moves I was scared to make, I even got nominated for the just ended 40under40 awards and that's all thanks to my career coach for inspiring me to work harder and keep the fire burning. Everything I need, I go straight to her and it has really really helped me.
